Forms of Payment Accepted
All major debit and credit cards, including HSA and FSA cards, are accepted.
For people wishing to use different forms of health insurance than the ones accepted, a monthly invoice can be provided to you that you may be able to use to get a portion of the session fee reimbursed to you by your insurance company. Note that the amount of money and number of sessions which you can get reimbursed varies from insurance plan to insurance plan. This is something you can verify with your insurance plan ahead of time by calling them. Also note that all insurance plans may not reimburse you for mental health services.
Notice of Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental healthcare will cost.
Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
